practice focused on real estate litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage counseling and litigation, and commercial litigation, for large institutional clients and high net-worth individuals.  Afterwards, he practiced as a solo, consulting on insurance coverage, construction, HOA and other real-property matters.  In 2019, he joined the Law Office of Marcus T. Brown, to re-focus and hone his litigation practice.

 

Personal History

 

Todd hails from Coral Gables, Florida, a small suburb of Miami.  He attended The College of William & Mary (B.A.) in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he graduated in the top of his class.  While at W&M, Todd studied government and philosophy in the context of an intensive liberal arts curriculum, helping him cultivate a deep affection for writing, rhetoric and the law. Upon graduating, he returned to Gator Country to attend the University of Florida College of Law (now the Fredric G. Levin College of Law), where he graduated with honors and was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Coif.  While at UF, Todd received high honors in legal research and writing; was appointed as a professor’s assistant for legal research and writing and a teaching fellow for Contracts I & II; and participated on the trial team.

 

In his spare time, Todd enjoys cooking/grilling, hiking, biking, skiing, water sporting, and traveling with his fiancée, rooting for the Florida Gators, Miami Dolphins and the Golden State Dubs, and enjoying the company of his pets.
