Meetings and Phone Calls with Potential Clients:

There is no charge for introductions or answering questions about the office's services, up to 30 minutes total. Otherwise, the office's applicable standard hourly rates apply, payment due at the conclusion of the meeting/call (credit card required for phone calls). Please do not provide confidential information until we have provided confirmation that we have checked and cleared for conflicts of interest. The office's services will start when the meeting/call begins (unless cancelled) and will conclude when the meeting/call ends, unless there is a written agreement for further services.
